MESSAGE FROM ZONE CONVENOR
All of the draws for the 9 Cork Zone Local Competitions have been completed and are available on this website.
They have also been emailed to Club Hon. Secretaries and League Secretaries.
Note that there are two Sections in each of the Local Singles, Pairs and Triples events.
I would like to thank all of you for your entries and wish you and your members well in your matches.
Please encourage your members to read the draws carefully and to allow extra time for traffic delays so that they
arrive at the Community Hall in Carrigaline in time for their games.
If for any reason a team cannot play and is giving a walk-over please contact me as soon as possible.
Shortly I will circulate a roster for individual clubs to assist with the mats and the teas & coffees at these events.
If even a few of your members can give a hand at the designated session it will be greatly appreciated.
Finally if you have not yet submitted your entry fees, insurance, affiliation fees or members registration I will
be at the Community Hall in Carrigaline this weekend for the Crosshaven Triples tournament and will accept them there.
John will also be delighted to receive any further entries for the Martha Treacy, Peg Tucker or Frances Cody competitions.(Closing date is Sunday 27th September).
