The Executive of the Cork Zone Committee have unanimously selected
John Curran, long standing Umpire and Bowler, as this year’s recipient
of the 2025 Indoor Sports Award for Indoor Bowls.
John will receive his award at the C.I.S.A. Awards Ceremony in the
Metropole Hotel later in the year.
Dinner tickets will be available from the Zone Convenor shortly.
Many congratulations John and thank you for all your work for the Cork
Zone and affiliated Bowls Clubs.
On the same night Jack Lynch, Douglas Community School Bowls Club will be presented with an award
celebrating 25 years since he was presented with the C.I.S.A. award for Indoor Bowls.
