FUN CHRISTMAS BOWLS TOURAMENT

Close on 150 bowlers took part in the Annual Christmas Fun Bowls Day organised by the Cork Zone Committee and played in St. Anthony’s Hall, Ballinlough.    It was good to see clubs from Ballynoe, Ballineen, Coachford, Dunmanway,  Mallow, Rosscarbery and Youghal  who made the effort to travel enjoy their afternoon’s bowling.  Also Clubs from Cork City & County were well represented.  Win or Lose everybody went home with a prize. 

Congratulations to Frances Long of the Barrs Bowls Club on winning the prize for Best Christmas

Hospice organised by C.I. Bowls Club will take place at

Garryduff Sports Centre, Rochestown, on New Year’s Day

2.45 p.m. for 3 p.m. start
